Marketing Claims Never Replace Technical Evidence

A touchless faucet does not receive a strong commercial assessment simply because it is
described as “commercial-grade,” “water-saving” or “hygienic.” We look for technical
documentation supporting those claims. Product specifications, installation manuals,
applicable certifications, flow information, power architecture and maintenance
documentation carry more weight than promotional terminology.
